By the end of training session, participants will be able to: –
Identify and apply all components of Malaysian payroll, including basic salary, allowances, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/MTD according to the latest regulations.
Perform accurate payroll calculations, including complex cases involving new hires, resignations, unpaid leave, and irregular payments.
Navigate payroll processes using manual and Excel-based tools, and understand how payroll software or cloud systems can streamline operations.
Prepare for monthly and year-end reporting, including EA Forms, CP8D, and reconciliations for audit readiness
